Send us your resume and a brief note about the type of work you're looking for. We review every application personally — no black hole, no automated rejections. If there's a potential fit, we'll be in touch within a few business days.
A conversation with our team about your background, your skills, and what you're looking for. We keep it straightforward — no trick questions, no unnecessary hoops. For technical roles, a short skills assessment may follow.
Once we're confident you're a strong candidate, we match you with a client whose needs align with your expertise. Some clients will want to meet you directly — we'll prepare you fully for that conversation so you walk in confident.
When it's a match on both sides, you're officially in. We handle onboarding, introductions, and all the logistics — so your first day with your client team feels like day one on a team you already belong to.
We're always looking for driven, skilled professionals who want to do serious work with serious companies.
If you're technically strong, a natural communicator, and ready to be a genuine part of a U.S. startup team — not just a contractor on the side — HookEG might be exactly what you're looking for.
Send us your resume and tell us what you're great at. We'll take it from there.

Yes — and it needs to be strong. You'll be communicating daily with U.S. teams, attending standups, writing requirements, and representing yourself and HookEG professionally. Written and spoken fluency is non-negotiable.
Most HookEG professionals are dedicated to a single client — fully embedded in their team, their tools, and their daily rhythm. In some cases, depending on the role and scope, you may support more than one client.
We ask our teams to align with client time zones. For most roles this means partial or full overlap with U.S. Eastern, Central, or Pacific hours — typically afternoon and early evening Egypt time.
Real growth — not just a title change. You'll work on meaningful projects with ambitious U.S. companies, get exposure to how high-performing teams operate, and have the opportunity to take on more responsibility as you prove yourself. The people who grow fastest here are the ones who treat every client like their own company.
Software Development, Data Science, Product Management, Marketing, Sales (SDRs), and Finance. These are our core six — and as HookEG grows, new specializations open up within and beyond them."
It’s not required, but it’s a plus. What matters most is technical skill, strong communication, and the ability to adapt quickly.
Most roles are remote. However, we maintain an office in Cairo for team collaboration, meetings, and those who prefer a hybrid setup.
Competitive monthly salaries, paid on time — every time. As you grow within HookEG or take on new projects and responsibilities, your compensation grows with you. No surprises, no delays.
Technical depth, strong communication, professionalism, and the ability to work independently without constant hand-holding. We look for people who take ownership — who treat the client's problem like their own problem and figure out how to solve it.
