Yes. Because you'll be working directly with U.S. teams on a daily basis, strong English communication is non-negotiable. You don't need to be perfect — but you need to be confident, clear, and professional.
Most HookEG professionals are dedicated to a single client, which allows for deeper integration and more meaningful work. In some cases, depending on role scope and hours, you may support more than one client.
You'll need to align your schedule with your client's time zone — which typically means working afternoon and early evening Egypt time. Exact hours vary by client and role, and we work to find the right fit.
